Thank you for your continued support as a loyal iPrimus customer.
We have some exciting news to share with you. The iPrimus Toolbox is being given a refreshing makeover, which means that the upgraded version of the iPrimus Toolbox is now available for you to use. This upgrade will not impact or disrupt your services in any way. All current features will be available in your new-and-improved toolbox.

Or you can access new toolbox by going to the iPrimus website and clicking on My Account / Account Toolbox.

For accessing the new toolbox,
  • Only primary iPrimus account holder will be able to register and access the toolbox.
  • For registration, you will require your Client Number (including all digits) which is available on your bill and your Date Of Birth that is on your account.
  • You can keep you current toolbox username (which is your primary internet username) OR you can select/register a new username if available (secondary usernames that are being used for webmail will not be allowed for your account toolbox username), selecting new username for toolbox will not have any impact/change to your current internet username.
  • For new toolbox registration, you will have to provide a valid email address and mobile number for username/password recovery process, as username/password recovery will now be a self-serve process.
